The Hague Conference Centre is situated right next to The Hague Central Station, in the heart of the city. There are ample parking facilities and the travel time to and from major international airports is only 30 minutes.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the symposium participation fee.
All participants are responsible for paying their own travel and hotel expenses.

Please use the common hotel booking platforms if you still need accommodation for the Renewable Energy Grid Integration Week.


 

How to get to the Conference Venue

 

Train, metro or bus

The Hague Conference Centre is adjacent to The Hague Central Station, so that you can easily reach us. In the station, follow the signs towards the Koningin Julianaplein exit and you walk straight into the New Babylon building, where The Hague Conference Centre is situated. If you use public transport for your journey, we advise planning your journey via NS.nl. The 9292ov.nl site can also tell you which buses or trams you can take.

Airplane

With a direct train connection from Amsterdam’s international airport Schiphol (AMS), you will arrive at The Hague Central Station within 30 minutes. There is also a good connection from Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) to The Hague Conference Centre. You can also take bus number 33 and at Meijersplein transfer to the RandstadRail metro line E, which will bring you directly to The Hague Central Station. Would you prefer to take a taxi? Then you will also arrive at The Hague Conference Centre within 30 minutes.
